An Event Pass covers the convention table's whole life for 79.000 IDR: setting up, taking orders and settling them, with no clock running. It adds 2,000 invoice emails, 99 fields and its own storage. The other drops stay on Free.

Free stays on underneath. An event with an Event Pass uses its own storage, and every other event shares Free’s. Event Passes go on sale soon; until then every account runs on Free.

In photos, roughly (the app saves each as a JPEG of about 500 KB): 15 MB holds about 30 photos, 100 MB about 200 photos, and 1 GB about 2,000 photos.
How plans work
- Storage is counted in photos
- Item photos, event banners, featured products and your payment QR count as item photos. Buyers' payment screenshots and photo answers count as buyers' photos. Your link page's own photos don't count.
- When it's full, nothing is deleted
- New photos just can't be added until you remove some or add room. That includes buyers' payment screenshots, so a form that asks for one pauses orders until there's room. Keep an eye on the bars in your dashboard.
- An Event Pass lasts as long as its event
- One price, 79.000 IDR, for one event. There's no clock: weeks of setup cost nothing extra, and invoice emails keep working after ordering closes, while you settle orders. You can add it any time, even after the event closes. Everything that event stores counts against the pass, not your shared storage.
- Up to 3 events at once
- On every plan, so your dashboard stays one row of events and finished ones don't pile up. To start another, delete a finished event, or copy it into a new one and delete the old one in the same step. Deleted events' orders stay in History.
- Each event runs up to 3 months
- On every plan, ordering can stay open up to 3 months from its opening. Once it opens, its opening time is fixed. Closed it early? You can reopen it, as long as it closes within those 3 months. After that, copy it into a new event to run it again.
- Payment screenshots go once an order is complete
- A payment screenshot is removed 24 hours after its order is marked Complete, and stops counting. Until then, moving the order back keeps it. Orders that never get there keep theirs until 3 months after their event ends. Orders and their details stay.
Questions
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Buyers pay you directly, for example by the QRIS on your invoice. Plans are the only thing we charge for.
Can I run a preorder without paying?
Yes. Free has the whole pipeline: the order form, order numbers, statuses, bulk actions, CSV export and your circle. What it doesn't include is emailed invoices; on Free you send invoices yourself and mark orders invoiced as you go.
When does an Event Pass end?
It doesn't run out. It stays with its event until you delete that event, so its emails, fields and storage are there for as long as you're settling orders.
Does setting up early use up my pass?
No. A pass isn't counted in days, so you can buy it when you start building the form or right before you open, for the same 79.000 IDR.
What does a pass add after ordering closes?
Its invoice emails, fields and storage keep working while you invoice buyers and settle orders.
If I copy an event, does its pass come with it?
No. A pass stays with the event it was added to, and the copy starts on Free. Give the copy its own pass if it needs one.
Can I give more than one event an Event Pass?
Yes, one pass per event. Each pass has its own storage and emails; events without one share Free.
